Clients

Client module in Repzo is designed to help businesses efficiently manage their customer base. It provides a comprehensive overview of all client-related information, allowing users to track interactions, sales, and performance metrics with ease.


Create your first client

Navigate to Client module from the side menu , then click on Create Client button.

Details tab

  • Choose a name for your client (required field)
  • Client code : Assign a unique code to identify the client
  • Is Chain Enable this option if the client is part of a parent-child hierarchy. If the client is the parent, check the "Is Chain" box.
  • Client Chain : If the client is part of a chain, select the appropriate child hierarchy.
  • Assigned to : Assign the client to one or more representatives. Assigned clients will appear on the mobile devices of their reps.
  • Client Tag : Assign one or more tags for easy reporting and filtering
  • Area Tag : Add one or more area-specific tags to enable location-based reporting.
  • Availability MSL : This field is associated with the Audit module, useful for merchandising businesses.
  • Job Categories : Specify mandatory activities for the rep, preventing them from closing visits without completing the required tasks.
  • Client channel : Select the relevant channel for your client.
  • Teams : Choose one or more teams to which the client belongs. Teams are useful for organizing data access for admins and reps within Repzo.
  • Specialties : Select one or more specialties, particularly for the pharmaceutical industry, to define target visits based on doctors' specialties.
  • Media Assigned Products : Assign relevant media files, useful in the pharmaceutical sector for presenting documents to doctors and tracking file openings in reports.
  • Product Group : Choose one or more product groups, which can be useful when setting up promotions in the sales module.
  • Contacts : Select one or more contacts if using the CMMS module
  • Tax Number : Enter the client's tax identification number.
  • Retail Execution Template : Choose one or more templates for your client, particularly for the Retail Execution module within the merchandising industry
  • Description : Add any additional notes about the client.
  • Media Uploading : Attach any relevant media files to the client profile.

Sales tab

If you are using our sales module this attributes would be beneficial

  • Price List : Assign a price list for this customer to override the default product price .
  • Payment Term : Payment term for invoices due_date field when exceeded it will mark invoice as overdue in aging report.
  • Payment Type : Allow Credit / Cash only . Allow Credit is the default . if you choose Cash only the invoice will be submitted with the payment amount and marked as PAID.
  • Credit limit : Amount of credit that rep can't exceed while creating invoices.
  • Invoice Balance Limit: its a lower boundary of credit limit to add extra layer of risk management where rep can't exceed the defined Invoice Balance Limit if its equals or larger than current client balance .
  • Payment Terms Grace Period Days : If any invoice exceeded payment terms , grace period days will allow rep to create invoices after this value .
  • Integrated Client Balance : client balance that comes from integration or 3rd party software , if this number is defined repzo will override client balance with this number.

Custom fields

To define custom fields consult custom fields section

Custom fields is useful to define attributes that does not exists in our system.

Contact info

You can define Client contacts information from this section like name , title ,email and phone.

Geographical Tab

Its important to define customer's geographical location as Repzo has a module called geofencing . which prevent representatives to start visits outside client's location .

if its not defined repzo will update location on rep's first visit. make sure when you are sure that location is right to check verified checkbox so the geofencing module will be enabled then.

Import client using csv/excel

You can easily import or update your client database by using our import tool .

  • Click on import Client
  • Choose either to insert / update
  • if you want to insert new clients you can download our sample csv/excel file , modify it and upload it with your data.
  • if you want to update your existing clients choose update tab , and click on download Client list , modify your existing client data and reupload it by clicking import clients .
  • Repzo will check if there are any missing data or attributes that need to be fixed.

Change Display Layout

We provide 3 layouts to view your customers

  • Side View (default)
  • Table view
  • Map view

Filtering Clients

At anytime you can click filters button , choose your filters and click on Filter button .

Request to add client

Sometime you don't want to allow your reps to directly create client without verifying them , Repzo has a great feature which reps or admins can create requests to add clients in approval cycle . once all approved it will create a client.
