Reminders

The Reminders module allows you to create reminders for individual reps or your entire team. These reminders will be displayed in the reps' mobile apps, helping them stay on top of important tasks or deadlines. You can use this feature to ensure timely communication and task management across your team.


Create Reminder

To create a new reminder, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Reminders section in the side menu.
  2. Click the Create Reminder button.
  3. Fill out the following fields:
    • Upload an Image: Optionally upload an image (PNG, JPG, JPEG).
    • Name: Provide a name for the reminder.
    • Date From/To: Select the start and end dates for when the reminder should be active and displayed.
    • Visibility: Choose who should see the reminder:
      • Individual Reps, Teams, or Public
    • Clients Visibility: Choose the visibility scope:
      • Public: The reminder will be visible to all.
      • Specific Client: If selected, you can search and select the client(s) to whom the reminder applies.
    • Content: Enter the content or message for the reminder.
  4. Once the fields are filled out, click Create to finalize the reminder.

The reminder will be visible based on the selected visibility (public or specific clients) and shown within the defined date range.

Import reminders using csv/excel

You can easily import or update your reminders database by using our import tool .

  • Click on the Import Reminders
  • when importing Choose either to insert / update
  • if you want to insert new reminders you can download our sample csv/excel file , modify it and upload it with your data.
  • if you want to update your existing reminders choose update tab , and click on download reminders , modify your existing reminders' data and reupload it by clicking Import Reminders .
  • Repzo will check if there are any missing data or attributes that need to be fixed.
