Products

In Repzo, a product screen allow users to create products to be used in different modules.

Create your first Product

Navigate to Products module from the side menu , then click on Add Product

Product Information

• Enter your product name
• Select product category (required) .For more info consult how to create category section
• Product SKU
• Local Name : your product name in arabic
• Tax : Select tax if applicable . For more info consult how to create tax section
• Freeze on Sales : if you check this option product will be visible in mobile app but your rep cant interact with it.Useful when you want temporarily hold a product transactions.
• Free on pre sales : same as freeze on sales but applicable for sales orders.
• Description : write an informative description for your product.
• Local Description: write an informative description in arabic for your product.
• Sub Category : You can define subcategories under categories. For more info consult how to create category/subcategory section
• Teams : if you select a team for a product it will be visible only for that team only.
• Product Barcode : Define a barcode for your product , useful when your rep scans the product barcode using our barcode scanner feature.
• RSP : Feature for our Audit module (v1) which you can defile a retail selling price to compare it with shelf price.
• Product Groups : Assign a product to a group so it can be filterable in reports or it would be useful when creating promotions.
• Brand : Select your product brand. For more info consult how to create brand section.
• Measure unit family: Create a group of unit of measures in one family that would be applicable for this product.
• Default Measure Unit: Assign a default unit of measure that would be pre-selected when selling a product in your reps mobile devices.
• Assigned Media :This feature for pharmaceutical companies to assign Documents for that product .

Variant Information

What is variants ? its different versions of a single product that vary by specific attributes, such as size, color, or material. For example, if you are selling a t-shirt, the variants might include different sizes (small, medium, large) or different colors (red, blue, black).

Variants are required in Repzo for each product . if you dont have variant just define a default one .

• Variant Name (required): for example if your product name is American Coffee your variant name could be Small or Large.
• Local Name : Arabic name for your variant.
• price : Default price for your variant , this price will be defaulted for this product ,you can define price lists for each variant and assign it to a client . For more info consult Create a price list section.
• SKU : SKU for your variant
• Barcode
• you can upload image for your product or your variant.

Batches

For certain use cases, you might need to define batches for each product/variant. When creating an invoice your rep will choose a batch that is being delivered for your customer. This action is not transactional in our system which means its useful when you want to integrate repzo with your ERP system and get selected batch via integration.

• In products listing screen go to batches from top-right corner.

• create a new batch

• Select variant

• Select your batch number (required)

• Select warehouse (optional)

• Non Transaction Quantity (optional)

• Expiry Date (Optional)

• Notes

  This batch will be available on your rep's mobile devices when creating invoices.

Import products/variants using csv/excel

You can easily import or update your products database by using our import tool .

• Click on the three dots button
• Choose one of the options (Import variants / Import Products / Export All Products / Export only active products / Export inactive products)
• when importing Choose either to insert / update
• if you want to insert new products you can download our sample csv/excel file , modify it and upload it with your data.
• if you want to update your existing products choose update tab , and click on download Product list , modify your existing products data and reupload it by clicking import Products / import variants .
• Repzo will check if there are any missing data or attributes that need to be fixed.
