Representatives

In Repzo, a representative screen can be designed to allow users to create, edit, and set permissions for reps within the system.

Create your first Rep

Navigate to Representatives module from the side menu , then click on Add Representatives

Representative Information

• Enter your Rep full name
• Enter a unique Rep username (this field will be used in login from the mobile app)
• choose a password (this field will be used in login from the mobile app)
• Phone number (optional)
• Integration ID (optional)
• Teams (Optional) choose a team where rep belongs to.
• Assigned KPIs : Assign one or multiple KPI to track for your representatives. for more information consult KPI section.
• Lines : This field is for pharmaceutical companies which defines this rep is responsible for this product line.
• Assigned Plan : Assign a journey plan for your representative to track scheduled visits if achieved or missed . for more information consult Schedule section.
• View Report Access : Default to Own Report . you can change this settings to allow your rep to have access for his team report , or all users report . This could be useful if your rep has multiple roles like field visits and supervise other reps.
• Form Visibility Option : This setting controls whether your rep can access all defined forms or only assigned forms .
• Retail Execution Visibility Option : Retail Execution templates visibility for rep.
• Force Online Connectivity : if you enable this feature , mobile app will deny any offline mode . This will enforce reps to have internet connection all the time.

Permissions

In Repzo we have bunch of permission that suit your business needs. for example you can switch on/off any permission to prevent your rep to do specific actions.

Sales

Sales MSL : assign a group of products in a sales MSL (consult Sales MSL section) . this products will be available for your rep only while creating sales order / Transfers (Load to his VAN) / Returns .

Van warehouse : Define a mobile warehouse (Van) for your rep. Consult warehouses section.

Main warehouse : Define a main warehouse which will be default while loading or unloading products . if none selected all warehouses of type Main will be available for your rep to select from.

Custom fields is useful to define attributes that does not exists in our system.

Import representatives using csv/excel

You can easily import or update your representative database by using our import tool .

• Click on Import Reps
• Choose either to insert / update
• if you want to insert new representatives you can download our sample csv/excel file , modify it and upload it with your data.
• if you want to update your existing representatives choose update tab , and click on download Reps list , modify your existing rep's data and reupload it by clicking import Reps .
• Repzo will check if there are any missing data or attributes that need to be fixed.
